Is ex-Devils GM Lou Lamoriello going to the Islanders?

Lou Lamoriello could be making move to one of the Devils’ closest neighbors.The former Devils president and general manager has been in talks with the New York Islanders about a job in the front office, according to a report from Sportsnet.Can confirm the NY Islanders and Lou Lamoriello are now talking about a position within that organization.Lamoriello was moved out of his role of general manager of the Toronto Maple Leafs on April 30 — something that was planned after he left the Devils for the Leafs in 2015.The plan was to move Lamoriello into a senior advisor role for the next four years following three years as Toronto’s GM.
